Bookkeeping
This service goes hand-in-hand with business planning and management services.  It is the source of much of the data that is needed to plan and monitor how a business is performing.  Our bookkeeping services are custom designed for each individual client based upon their needs.  Services run the range of mail pickup and processing, check writing, check processing, transaction processing, general ledger maintenance, and budget to actual reports.  Services are rendered on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly basis depending on the needs of the individual client.  If desired, a set of bound financial statements can be compiled.

Payroll Services
We work with you on your payroll processing and reporting needs.  We recommend a payroll service when your business is able to pay on a regular basis and has the cash flow to allow for the transfer of funds by the service provider.  For the many businesses that do not have this luxury, we work with you at whatever level of service is appropriate.  We will calculate and write the checks on your behalf and complete all of the reporting forms.  We also provide payroll training.

Sales Tax Services
Our sales tax services can include helping you prepare monthly and quarterly returns, advising you about taxability issues and helping you respond to any sales or use tax audit issues that may arise.
